The team have acquired certification to allow calculation and certification of the EPC (energy performance certificate) and certificate CO2 emission calculations as required under Part L of the building regulations.

The team utilise the latest versions of Hevacomp and Autocad to prepare and demonstrate their designs and are able to extend their knowledge and utilisation of this software to prepare SBEMs calculations if required.

TAS Software is utilised to assist our design team. This dynamic thermal modelling allows the engineers to create building models for simulation and for drawing buildings that are still only at rough outline sketch. Calculations can also be made of the sunshine penetration through the interior of the buildings between spaces.

Our ever growing project management team come from a wide variety of industry backgrounds to ensure that the right people and knowledge are allocated to each project.
