Recently completed Travelodge’s by M D Enertech include West Bromwich & Dudley. Both with CHP and Samsung VRF, we also carried out the Building Regulations calculations to achieve a “pass” under Part L.
Presently under way are Melksham (60 Bed), Harrow (102 Bed) and Dover (108 Bed) hotels which should be completed later this year. Attached is the Part L model for Travelodge Dover using the TAS software.
